Following Up After Your Session
The energy in the Wellness Room provides cells with the strength that they need in order to release unwanted toxins. These toxins will need to be moved out of the body. Both drinking lots of water before and after the session, and doing a 30-minute salt bath after the session are very important for good results. (If you are not able to take a salt bath, it is highly recommended that you do a foot soak with half the salt recipe.) Another option which takes out even more is a 30 minute ionic foot detox.

Salt Bath Recipe
2 cups of baking soda
2 cups of salt
1 cup of Borax
Take-home bath salts are $10.
In-house foot soaks are $15. (This includes the salts and will take 30-minutes.)
In-house ionic foot detox is $25.
